After working with us on their Z-Control mobile app, Zoeller came back to Slingshot seeking help with their sales rep portal.
Reps counted on the portal for real time access to customer orders and important document access. The previous system had been developed internally, but after 15 years of use, was outdated. It wasn’t designed for use with mobile phones, making it difficult to use in the field. The site lacked a solid organization scheme, and sales reps also had trouble accessing important documents quickly when they needed them.
